TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read through our terms and conditions carefully. You are agreeing to these terms when you place an order with Crumb & Coat.
Deposits
All orders require a 50% deposit when booking. Your booking is not secured until the deposit has been paid.
For any changes to your booking made outside of the 72-hour window then your deposit will be carried over to the new requested date. However, this will be subject to availability.
Bookings
The remaining balance of the order is to be paid in full prior to collection unless agreed otherwise.
Customers are welcome to pay in full upfront at the time of booking. An invoice will be sent for all payments, details provided at the time of
booking.
Cancellations
If you cancel your booking within 72 hours of your pick up date then your deposit will be fortified.
If you cancel your order within 24 hours then you will need to pay the full/remaining balance before any future orders are made.
If you fail to collect your order on the requested
date then the remaining balance will be due before any future orders are made.
All deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds
We want you to be 100% happy with your order.
Refunds that are requested due to dissatisfaction due to design, colour shade, or general decoration will not be honored. If you are unhappy with
quality of cake then this will be assessed at the discretion of staff and the cake must be returned.
No refunds will be given for any cakes or products that have been consumed.
Damage
We hold no responsibility for cakes that are damaged once handed over.
We aim to provide enough detail regarding cake care. If you have any questions prior to collecting your cake, please let us know!
Collections
We are collection only. Collections are from 238-242 Kingsway, Caringbah 2229.
Tuesday – Friday 5-7pm Saturday 9-11am.
Cakes not the Same
We are happy to be considered as your baker of choice. We do not copy or replicate any other artists work. We may use your inspiration images
as inspiration only and hope you trust us in creating a design you're going to love!
Agreement
By submitting an order form you are required to read through our terms & conditions. Deposit and booking confirmations are considered you are in
agreement of all terms and conditions.
