  • Where are you located?
    All collections are from 238-242 Kingsway Caringbah 2229
  • How do I place an order?
    Simply complete the online order form and we will get back to you within 2 business days via email. For any last minute order/smaller items please contact me via my Instagram @crumbcoat_syd
  • How far in advance do I need to order my cake?
    We recommend giving 3 weeks notice, however, for any last minute orders please send me a direct message on Instagram @crumb_coatsyd
  • Do you deliver?
    We are collection only. All collections are from 238-242 Kingsway, Caringbah 2229 We ensure your order is packed securely for transport. We are not liable for any damage caused once the order has left the pickup address. We advise to store the cake in the passenger footwell or in the boot. Please be mindful of the temperature in your vehicle on warmer days. We recommend using aircon when transporting the cake. Collections available Tuesday-Friday 5-7pm | Saturday 9-11am each week. ***deliveries may be considered for any Corporate events***
  • Do you make gluten-free, vegan, or allergen-free items?
    Unfortunately not! Operating in a kitchen where Gluten is present makes it incredibly challenging to prevent cross-contamination. We simply cannot take that risk.
  • Can I make changes to my order once I have received an invoice?
    If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. If we have not yet started work on the cake, we may still be able to make changes. Depending on the changes requested, you may be sent an additional invoice, and will be advised of this when requesting changes.
  • How and when do I pay for my order?
    You will be sent a quote for your cake your cake with you when your order is confirmed. If accepted this will automatically generate an invoice. Crumb & Coat requires a 50% non refundable deposit. We accept payment through bank transfer or Paypal. Cash also accepted. For any Corporate catering we offer Tyro BYO which allows you to tap on arrival. Tyro BYO accepts contactless payments via Mastercard®, Visa, eftpos, American Express, and digital wallets Apple Pay, Google PayTM, and Samsung Pay. PIN protected Receipts available
  • Do you offer fondant cakes?
    No. All of my cakes are made from Swiss Meringue buttercream. I do use fondant decorations.
  • How much does it cost to add extras to my cake?
    If you require extras on your cake such as fondant decorations, wafer butterlies, sugar cookies, dried florals, gold leaf, acrylic toppers then please include this in the order form so we can include this in your quote.
  • I found a cake on pinterest that I want, can you duplicate it?
    You can definitely send through inspiration photos to help us understand what you are looking for. Crumb & Coat will not copy any other artists' work exaclty. However, we are happy that you have chosen us and hope that you will trust us to use your inspiration to create a unique design that you will love!
  • Do you have a minimum order?
    The minimum order for cupcakes is 12 and sugar cookies is 10.
